I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Apple Support team. Although my issue has not yet been fully resolved due to what appears to be a hardware-related problem, I am extremely impressed with the level of support I received.
Every agent I spoke with was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. They took the time to carefully understand my situation, guided me through every possible troubleshooting step, and made sure I understood the process clearly.
A special thanks to Miss Tata, Mr. Prahlad, and the support agent I spoke with in the morning whose name I unfortunately do not remember. Their kindness, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference to my experience.
Even though the issue remains unresolved for now, I truly appreciate the effort, expertise, and care shown by the entire Apple Support team. They did everything possible to help and provided one of the best customer support experiences I have ever received.

I had a great experience at the Apple service center in Malviya Nagar. After the iOS update, my battery was draining very fast, but the team checked my phone properly and replaced the battery free of cost. The staff members were very polite, helpful, and professional throughout the process. Really appreciate their support and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Worst customer support. 
Especially for refunds on app purchases.
They simply deny any mistakes from their end.
I have a case where a refund has not been credited even after being approved.
I have several cases where the app never delivered what was promised and no refund was given even after claiming within 48 hours of purchase.
They just send template replies without understanding the case at all.
Has to be one of the worst customer support systems.
