They took £79, lied about the fee, and then left it at the repair centre for weeks. Worst company in the world.

Problem wasn’t able to be resolved?

I contacted Apple Support from Spain last week. The person I spoke to solved my problem. It was complicated and took her a very long time to diagnose and solve, but she stuck with it! Not by only did she find out what was wrong but she was able to give me a way of fixing it. Excellent support. And I wasn’t even asked for feedback which is why I’m writing this review. I don’t understand why this App, which should have 5 stars, is rated much lower.

Hi I have an older I pad that works great like all Apple products they can be used daily & preform I have sentimental reasons for keeping this iPad & I wondered if it’s possible to update its life as it no longer allows me to download apps y& I can’t send messages or share images or stories it’s a fantastic iPad I’m unsure where to find its details & I get scared going into town or going to big shopping centres Could you possibly advise me what Apple shop is near G33 Glasgow east end I would have to go to shop at quietest time & wondered if I could make an appointment so I am not waiting in a crowd im 63 an love my apple products especially my old iPad Thank hope you are having a good happy day Thanks any information will be appreciated 🫵🏿🦊🦊🦊🌹🌹🌹💕💕💕

I am in Spain and chat support obviously is only in Spanish- there is no English option unfortunately, as my spanish is poor and the lady on the other end quite understandably doesn’t speak English, nor would I expect her to.

I am getting really frustrated because I can’t turn shutter off on camera app (I live in the uk) and apple support doesn’t give me any right information. I do know that it’s banned to turn of in some places but on my old phone (6s) I could turn of but not on my new SE. Apple please explain this I really need someone to help me
