## Appt Journal Description
Appt Journal helps sales professionals record in-person appointments, get real-time AI coaching, and improve their close rate — all from their iPhone.

RECORD APPOINTMENTS
Start recording with one tap from any property. Your recording runs in the background while you take photos, check conditions, or take phone calls. Never miss a detail.

AI COACHING
Pause mid-appointment to get instant coaching tips: what to ask next, objection responses, prospect summary, budget signals, and steps to close the deal.

TRANSCRIPTION & SCORING
Every appointment is automatically transcribed and scored across 10 dimensions — opening, engagement, empathy, closing, and more. Review your performance and improve over time.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Track properties with photos, condition assessments, notes, and next steps. Link appointments to properties and build a complete history.

TEAM TRAINING
Search past transcripts, view leaderboards, compete in weekly challenges, and build training playlists from your best moments.

WORKS OFFLINE
Record anywhere, even without signal. Recordings sync and process automatically when you're back online.

Appt Journal is built for the Objection Proof AI platform. An active objectionproof.ai account is required.
