Welcome to the UK's best parking app. Park faster and start saving today.

Our easy-to-use app allows you to see and understand all on-street parking areas, restrictions and operating hours in addition to off-street car parks, helping you make informed choices about where to find parking before you arrive.

Search
Tell us where you’re going and we’ll show the cheapest or nearest parking to your destination - even on single yellow lines. In our smart city towns such as Harrogate and Dundee, we can also show you real-time availability, searching for parking couldn't be easier!

Plan
Get a bird's eye view of parking restrictions across the UK. It couldn't be easier to understand... blue zones mean they're paid, and green means free. Jump into the list view and sort by cheapest or nearest-to-view parking to suit every budget and walking need.

Drive
Navigate like a pro to the best parking closest to your destination. No craning your neck or slowing down to read parking signs, use follow me mode to see parking information appear as you drive.

Pay
We've made payments easy! View all cashless IDs in one place and automatically open the right provider in one tap. In our smart cities, you can start and stop payments with the touch of a button - so you only pay for the exact time you stay!

The entire experience of finding a parking space has just become so much easier with AppyParking+ the UK’s most advanced provider of parking information. Discover where you can park for free and uncover the nearest and cheapest parking to your destination.

With AppyParking+ you can save money by finding on-street parking spaces that are free to park in and near your destination, or you can choose from the cheapest paid parking options nearby. Cashless parking or paid parking options are always visible so you can always find parking that suits you, and park and pay for parking the way you want to. You can zoom in and view individual parking bays thanks to our high-definition parking data, or you can zoom out and easily see parking zone information to check what restrictions apply across a large area. AppyParking+ will even show you when you can park your car on single yellow lines!

So whether you’re in London, Manchester, Birmingham or Liverpool (or any of the other 450 UK towns and cities we’ve mapped), it has never been easier to find parking thanks to AppyParking+

First timer

Would recommend this app. Easy to follow instructions which made parking in Harrogate hassle free. A Timer is provided to show how long you have left and you can set an alarm for 15 minutes before your parking time expires.

Love the 'Pay less' if you don't need full session

New to app. Very easy to use. Fair system of ending session earlier - if you don't need it - you get charged less.

Insanely good

So much functionality, priced reasonably. Occasionally glitchy but can work around it

Overly-complicated try-hard design: un’appy parking.

FirePhantom on

They’re trying to be the Uber of parking, with an unnecessarily complicated, cluttered design that’s trying — and failing — to do more than it needs to. It also doesn’t allow for paying for a simple 24h at a parking garage whose pay-and-display machines easily accommodate. Such a bad app that it’s literally easier for me to walk 10 minutes back to the garage at the appropriate time to pay for another 24 hours than to use this garbage app.

Essential for London drivers!

I’ve been using this app for well over a year now and have made numerous suggestions that have been implemented to the apps advantage. /// I don’t travel anywhere in London by car without first consulting this app, it’s incredibly helpful to figure out where and how long I can park for. I’ve got the premium subscription and it’s really an investment for the year to be able to figure out my movements. I prefer to drive everywhere rather than use the public transport system in London and honestly, I couldn’t travel without this app. /// One of my favourite features is Kerb-Pilot, when a spot I’ve navigated to using Waze is full, I can confidently drive around looking for another spot, or if I can, I’ll pull up and try find another spot. I can pay for my parking through the app, sometimes this links me directly to something like RingGo with the bay number already inputted. Obviously I double check the signage just in case but it’s never been wrong. /// It’s great as it is already, with any suggestions I would give as tweaks to improve the service - I would love to be able to input any resident parking permits that I have (e.g Westminster E Permit, or RBKC Residents Permit) and the app then shows resident bays that I am able to park in on the app as a green tick next to other bays I can park in. Some bays, especially around Mayfair are both Paid bays and resident bays depending if you have a permit or not, and it would be useful to know if that were the case so I can make better parking decisions based on my circumstances. 10/10 would recommend, it’s worth it and makes planning for parking an absolute breeze.

Recent Problems

Edward Hardy on

United Kingdom

Two recent issues - I’ve been using this app for the last few months but my last 2 attempts have been problematic with the App seeming to hang. I suspect this is an O2 network problem as they seem to have recently switched to 5G and there is no 5G connectivity in the street where I park. Can you make the app display a message when there is no connectivity - this would save a lot of frustration and retries… When I realised there was a connectivity issue I got out of the car and walked around until I could make a connection. I then continued to set up a session but not from the exact position I was actually parked at. Does this leave me open to receiving a parking ticket?

I have used this app for a good while, it has got better with each update, and offers some good features. I always tell my colleagues about it for ease of use.

Can you pay my parking fine!

DisappointedJan on

United Kingdom

Un’appy Parking! Downloaded, selected the location, started the parking and paid. Then we return to a parking ticket! Not a good start.

Shocking

G1.618 on

United Kingdom

One of the worst apps I’ve used. For heavens sake just let me input the location code and pay for the parking. Loads of noise about find/plan parking- or just look on Google!!! Maybe fox’s on the primary customer goal- pay for parking and get on with it

UPDATED Useless in Harrogate and probably Dundee now

Philbjh on

United Kingdom

UPDATED MAY 2024 - and now it doesnt even open the multistory car park barriers i and others have reverted to pay as park - hopefully now we have a decent mayor for NYC he'll listen to representations ***UPDATED FEB 2024 - despite "working hard to fix sensors" it is just the same no one in their right mind is using it here and all are looking forward to NYC waking up and either getting it sorted or switching to Ringo **** This used to be good - but rather than scanning and leaving automatically, you have to enter the time you want AND the exact location otherwise if you park just a few yards away in a different street you will get a ticket even if the charge is the same - as has happened to several people ( admittedly sucessfully appealed to council but not for long). I know just pay for the time I want by card. Representations are being made by users and businesses to the NYCouncil to get this sorted and move to Ringo as is commonly used around the Leeds area I would think the same would be the case for Dundee
