Aprs.fi truly is one of the outdoor tools I use the most. It is reliable and accurate. Features are handy and there were major improvements at least twice a year... I can highly recommend aprs.fi 🙋🏻♂️

This is the official iPhone and iPad application of aprs.fi, the favourite APRS navigation site of the amateur radio world. Please read this application description fully - some features require an additional in-app purchase.
Navigate to addresses with clear step-by-step instructions. Obtain immediate, real-time access to current APRS position information, weather reports, telemetry graphs, and more. Zoom and browse around the world and see stations immediately – no waiting.
• Route guidance / driving directions
• Search callsigns and addresses, with quick search-as-you-type and search history features
• Track multiple stations at the same time
• Filter information shown on the map (weather stations, AIS, custom filters)
• View weather, telemetry and statistic graphs
• Beacon your position on aprs.fi
• Attach to a transceiver with a wireless connection to a BLE TNC, receive and transmit position beacons without the Internet
• Runs directly on top of the reliable and fast aprs.fi database

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
GPS is not required for viewing APRS information.

Nette App aber zusatsfunktionen zu teuer
Schöne App, nutze sie gerne, aber die zusätzlichen Funtionen als Dauerbeiträge sind nicht wirklich günstig fur sas was man dann bekommt

Abo muss nicht sein
An sich ist die App sehr gut, habe diese auch gekauft um das Projekt zu finanzieren. Aber das Abo-Modell hätte nicht sein müssen. Das der Software TNC mit Abo funktioniert kann ich mir gerade noch gefallen lassen. Das man aber nichtmal eine Spur länger als 3h einstellen kann, ohne Abo, ist extrem enttäuschend, da hier eine voll funktionsfähige App angepriesen wird.

Softmodem nur mit Abo
Die Beschreibung suggeriert, dass man für den Preis eine funktionsfähige App bekommt. Das Softmodem kostet Abo Gebühren.
