Little bit of a process to get set up, we used our IT company. The older iPads- if you get a white screen, double tap “home button” and clear the app. Restart app and it starts up every time. This program eliminates delayed paperwork, increases company cash flow by excepting credit card/payments on the spot without another machine or calling the office to process a card, which allows office staff to continue in other tasks. No program is perfect, but Aptora does a great job keeping software updated, and resolve problems as they come up.
