Description

AQ Trainer is an electronic training diary for a personal trainer that will replace the usual notebook where trainers write down training programs. With AQ Trainer, the trainer's work will become easier and the training process more effective.
Your client will be able to see progress after each session!

AQ Trainer Features:
- All client training programs are stored in one place
- During the lesson, more than 10 types of statistics are collected in strength and cardio modes (heart rate power zones, repetitions, sets, tonnage, average heart rate, etc.)
- Visualization of progress in graphs
- Gamification and client involvement in training using collected AQ points
- Ability to connect heart rate sensors via BLE (Polar OH1, H10, Verity)

Activity statistics and progress are displayed in the AQ Client application.

It is possible to customize the software for a fitness club.

• The application uses auto-renewable

At confirmation of purchase, payment will be charged to your iTunes account.
Subscribe to gain access to the application's functionality after the trial period expires.

Subscription owners:
Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Deleting the application does not terminate the subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, its validity remains until the end of the paid period.
There are no refunds for current subscriptions and cancellation will occur after the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

Приложение супер! Удобно организовывать процесс тренировки. Клиенты включены в работу и заинтересованы в процессе, благодаря наглядным показателям общего тоннажа, чсс, автоматическому подсчету калорий. Довольна :))

Спасибо за программу! Особенно режим тренировки радует. Теперь мотивация клиента и контроль легко осуществимы. Клиенты ходят чаще! Выстраиваю периодизацию, улучшаются результаты! Скорей бы вышло приложение для клиента!!

Очень полезное приложение

Отличный помощник для тренера! Не возможно удержать в голове все программы, тем более, отследить прогресс и тем самым мотивировать людей к тренировкам. А тут всё наглядно: процесс, статистика, графики. Конектится с полар для отслеживания пульса и подсчёта калорий. Жаль, что с Гармин это нельзя сделать. Очень надеюсь, что коллегам-тренерам приложение понравится и будет развиваться вместе с прогрессом тренирующихся. Всем хороших тренировок и достижения отличных результатов!
