## AquaTru Water Purifier Description
This app connects a WiFi-enabled AquaTru water purifier to your WiFi. The app is required to activate the AquaTru water quality sensors to display real-time water quality. The AquaTru app displays the water quality in your tap water and the purified water by measuring total dissolved solids (TDS).

The app dashboard displays your water consumption by days, weeks, month and years. It tracks and displays the money saved from using the Aquatru water purifier vs. the cost of buying bottled water. You can also display how you are saving the environment from plastic bottle waste. The dashboard also displays remaining filter life with in-app reorder capabilities.

The app also connects to a searchable database of water contaminants and related health effects by zip code.

To be able to connect to Aquatru you need a WIFI enable Aquatru Model AD2020

## AquaTru Water Purifier Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work, and privacy concerns"
I could not get WiFi to work, I am a coder. There is no reason that they should need your phone number and location to connect to a water purifier. Will be returning.
-- JoeRecursionjoe, 2025-10-23

### *---- "App doesn’t connect"
The app doesn’t connect to the machine. When I try to connect to the WiFi it gives an error 🫠 this is awful. Please don’t buy it
-- biancaneto93, 2025-10-19

### *---- "Poor WiFi Support"
App doesn’t support open WiFi networks. There is no information on their website about their networking requirements so you pay extra for the smart features and can’t even use it. I tried connecting it an enterprise network that is controlled by Mac IDs and you can’t proceed without entering a password.
-- COLGUY2025, 2025-10-18

### ***** "Literally like it"
I like that
-- hser111, 2025-10-04

### ***** "So far so good"
I don’t get all the negative reviews, just yet at least. I have a Smart Carafe and it’s working fine with the app. My phone had a little bit of an issue finding Aquatru the very first time connecting it via bluetooth, but once it got connected everything has been running smoothly. The app shows me what it needs to show and does what I wanted for. I had it for about two weeks now and am very happy.
-- Life1sGood, 2025-10-01

### ***** "Love It!"
I love my AquaTru Connect. The triple threat water filtration system makes clean, delicious-tasting water, and it’s serving its purpose well. I love the app because I remain fully aware of the status of each filter. I can use them up completely, knowing exactly how much usage I have left for each filter. This allows me to get all my money’s worth out of each one. I’ve had my AquaTru Connect for 1.25 years, and am still on my first set of filters. I’ll be replacing two filters that are currently at 8% left, and the third filter is still at 58%. So, great usage out of each filter, with a whole year left on one of them. Most importantly, my tap water is getting filtered 3 ways (Pre/Carbon filter, Reverse Osmosis filter, and Voc Carbon filter), tastes great, and the app allows me to keep up with the statuses of the filter.
-- Samadia, 2025-09-29

### ****- "Works great except resetting filter life on the app"
Machine works excellent, over 2 years now and the water is very hard here. Only complaint is this app, the filter life doesn’t reset easily. I am trying to work with AquaTru to fix it, but it’s still a pain.
-- Dk696969, 2025-09-20

### *---- "App doesn’t connect to device"
The app doesn’t connect to device. Save yourself the up charge.
-- djfrugal, 2025-08-30

### *---- "guest wifi"
I had to create a guest Wi-Fi exclusively for this device. It would not connect to my normal Wi-Fi after trying multiple different things.
-- Mac Doggg, 2025-08-19

### *---- "App Purifier connector issue"
Connected to purifier through wifi but the when I try to add the purifier it says error, please someone fix this app! Also, when trying to add my previous online account the App requires phone number to login but there is no phone number attached to my account.
