「跑水節」為彰化縣二水鄉擁有的特色文化，已有將近三百年歷史，是彰化一項極具地方特色的祭祀活動，於每年11月在彰化縣二水鄉源泉村的八堡圳水道舉辦，乃為感念先人開圳取水，自通水至今所流傳下來的傳統祭典，以告後人飲水思源。
