Aramex app doesn’t work, I believe there’s an issue

Very bad packaging and when my order was coming to me the driver stopped for a whole day then never delivered it to me an instead of giving it to me he put it in an armex collection office and when i tried to call them no one responded and now there voicemailing me that no workers are available at theese hours just a mess

Take 4 days to deliver my passports, and I’m in emergency and went to operation main facility and they insisted to not give to me although the employee confirmed that the passport existing inside

لا استطيع الدفع عبر التطبيق ، في كل مرة يطلب كلمة المرور وعندما اضعها لا يقبلها . التطبيق غير جيد ابدا
