## ARB: Personal & Small Business Reviews in United States

### *---- "I’m not sure the last time it worked"
Love the back. But the app is painful. I’ve reinstalled the app twice in hopes that I’ll be able to log in. But it never gets post please wait…
-- Jordan from SB, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Customer"
Horrible!!
-- Inntrepid, 2024-10-31

### ***** "Like it!"
I really like the updates to bill pay a d external transfers. I also really appreciate the card controls. Thanks!
-- Chezdes, 2024-10-30

### *---- "A mediocre app transformed into a terrible app"
The app was never great, but they’ve spent a year transitioning to a new app that is far buggier, slower and with dramatically less functionality. Completely awful, never thought an app would be the reason I need to switch banks.
-- giveBLOODplayRUGBY, 2024-08-13

### *---- "Nothing but problems with this app"
Last version was comprehensive and efficient. This version is glitchy, slow, hard to operate and cumbersome
-- takentothehole, 2024-05-24

### *---- "Less functional than its predecessor"
Less functional than its predecessor app…. I was expecting this “upgrade” to be darn near chase bank but instead it’s like we went back in time. It’s a whole new naming convention. Pending transaction names don’t match the name after the transactions are done. QuickBooks balance is never real. (It’s off a day.). But hey, I love the people at the bank. Just not sure anyone realizes we pay $55-85 an hour for a bookkeeper to clean up the debacles.
-- SBCash.com, 2023-10-21

### ***** "Fresh New Look"
I like the modernized user interface and bill pay and mobile deposit are working well. Thumbs up ARB!
