## Arc Maths Description
Created by Maths teachers, Arc Maths is an award-winning app that helps you remember the crucial skills you need to succeed at Maths. It covers all the maths taught between the ages of 11-16 (including all GCSE topics).

PERSONALISED LEARNING

- Arc Maths’ clever AI works out what topics you need to practise, so there is no wasting time deciding what to work on. Thanks to new research into how memory works, the AI will choose questions designed to make you improve as quickly as possible.

- Our introductory test will find a good starting level for you, but don’t worry if it isn’t perfect... the more questions you answer, the more our AI learns where your strengths and weaknesses lie.

- Your path through the topics will be unique and tailored to you. The levels mark your progression through to total GCSE mastery!

HANDWRITTEN ANSWERS

- Thanks to some brilliant handwriting recognition, answering the questions couldn’t be easier! Simply use a fingertip and the app will interpret it – square roots, fractions, algebra, and more.

- The experience is much more engaging thanks to a wide variety of question types.

- Answering questions similar in style to an exam will raise your confidence and make you feel more prepared (rather than simply multiple choice.)

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

- Your level will show how far through the GCSE content you are... completing level 10 means you should feel very confident on all GCSE topics.

- Watch your XP increase with each correct answer, and your streak with each day you complete a session.

- A session only takes 10 minutes so it can fit into your busy day. Switch on the notifications to remind yourself to do it daily and build a habit.

- More details about your progress and topics answered can be found on our tutor portal.

## Arc Maths Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Issues"
Subscribed, and does not change the screen just keeps staying on the subscribe screen so I have paid £6.99 to do nothing. Disappointed.
-- AmyLouiseSams, 2025-10-08

### ***** "It’s good 👏"
It is really easy to use. I like the handwriting on my phone
-- *Gracyx*, 2025-09-15

### ***-- "Good but could be better"
The questions seem ok and well targeted. The major issue is that if you don’t know how to answer the questions, the help button just brings up a blank screen and some questions have the help button blanked out. You then have to go and separately research how to answer the question.
-- A Nonie Mouse, 2025-08-10

### ***-- "All paid for content"
It uses AI which isn’t great for the environment so if you feel like me you might want to skip. Also all paid for content so don’t download if you don’t want to pay
-- Makalia25, 2024-09-26

### ****- "Please fix the bug"
Good experience generally. But can you please fix the bug regarding the questions like:

a measurement x, is 38 when rounded to nearest whole number. Write an inequity to show the range of values.

App always marks it wrong when I give it correctly(in practice as well) so similar questions appear all the time now.
-- LukeDuan2012, 2023-01-20

### ***** "Engaging Education"
A beautiful innovation in the field of mathematics
-- Bob_4_da_win, 2022-11-29

### ***** "Fantastic App"
Really enjoyable app, easy to navigate and use. It’s a great app to learn and refresh different topics.

Would recommend for all users!
-- J.Dillon98, 2022-11-29

### ***** "Great Maths App!"
Great app for secondary school users! I find the interface clean and easy to navigate. The way the app is structured in terms of the levels gamifies the entire experience and is designed to increase skills in maths
-- Girishalwani, 2022-11-29

### ****- "An excellent app overall"
An excellent app overall. It would be nice if there was an inbuilt calculator for the questions which need a calculator and if it showed you how to get the answers correct that you got wrong. Overall though an excellent app.
-- BelPP67, 2022-07-14

### ***** "Excellent"
My child has just completed their GCSE maths exams and there was nothing they couldn’t do. Yes they’ve had brilliant teaching but this app has been an immense support alongside. Easy to use, intuitive, and anchored on the benefits of retrieval and spacing. Would thoroughly recommend.
