It’s so well advertised as a new browser but it actually is a stripped down version of modern, already horrible browsers - but Arc is just taking away everything - including things necessary to make it a secure and/or private browser. Don’t get invested. The Browser Company, the company behind Arc, have made it very clear with their statement about the “future” of Arc. “Maintenance mode” and constant reiterating of “Arc isn’t going anywhere” screams that Arc is indeed going somewhere, and that somewhere is extinction.

The iPad version seems just a optimized phone version app. Just simply larger size. When I jump into a video page and try to full screen the video, Arc doesn’t allow me to do it. Please fix this problem.

The fact that there is AI summarization and a Google option is outstanding. Layout is a bit different than most browsers, but easy to get used to. I like how the searching doesn’t take too long and that the AI summarization is accurate.

I really like all the features and it looks great but I noticed it’s draining way more of my battery than Safari. So that makes me lean away from it sadly. Hopefully that can be fixed in the future.

On the sheet and the search box with the very rounded sides please use “.continuous” as the rounded corner style so it looks smoother. Other sections use it. So please add it for all the corners to make it look even better.

### ****- "It’s a good browser, but still has room for improvement."
Overall, it’s a good browser. It’s quick. It has a very nice interface and the browse for me function is super useful. However, there are a couple small issues. 

1. The app is way too pushy about being the default browser. It asks you when you first set up it up, every time there are no open tabs they ask you, and when you’re browsing a notification will come out to tell you to set it as the default browser.

2. The call Arc function is useful, but it often just ignores what you say and if I’m still trying to read what it just said, it starts listening automatically but but if I press the button to stop it, it erases the previous thing and just starts speaking Korean for some reason.

3. I constantly activate the swipe to go back gesture. When I’m scrolling up in the middle of the screen and might go at a slight angle, it just goes back to the previous page and it is annoying with how constant it does it. However, the setting control this has to be changed on a per page basis.
