Die intuitiv bedienbare Pannenhilfe-App steht allen Mitgliedern des ARCD in vollem Umfang kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Hilfeleistung ist für ARCD-Mitglieder im Rahmen der Schutzbriefbedingungen kostenfrei. Der Geltungsbereich umfasst ganz Europa und die Mittelmeer-Anrainerstaaten. Sparen Sie wertvolle Zeit für den Fall der Fälle: Hinterlegen Sie persönliche Daten und Angaben zu Ihren Fahrzeugen im Menüpunkt „Mein Profil“. So können wichtige Informationen, wenn es eilt, bei einer Meldung direkt und unkompliziert an unsere Helfer übermittelt werden. Sie sparen dann wertvolle Zeit und Nerven bei einer Pannen- oder Unfallmeldung. Erlauben Sie für die ARCD-App die Freigabe der Ortungs- bzw. Standortdienste. Die Pannenhilfe-App kann dann Ihr Smartphone automatisch lokalisieren und Ihren Aufenthaltsort an die ARCD-Notrufzentrale übermitteln.
