Okay - it says so if you are carefully reading. But if you dont sign up your collected data (issues) will be gone. It gets "hidden" and there apparently is no way to find it/store it on your device. The collected points are sent to some magical place - where they can not be found and in general I couldnt find out what happens with them after the 7days. Cause it says they are hidden - not deleted. In addition I didnt even want to send my data somewhere - the collected points were a test and suddenly they were uploaded. App might work fine if you sign in though....
