Please contact your ARCOS administrator for information on when to download and start using this app instead of the previous version.

ARCOS Mobile Plus is changing the way utilities enable their employees to respond, restore and report during both daily operations and unplanned events. Use ARCOS Mobile Plus to respond to callouts, view your schedule, view rosters and receive notification. If your administrator has set you up in the ARCOS system, you simply need to log in to get started.

Some helpful tips:

Your session duration, timed outs and password expirations are controlled by your utility’s security policies and not by ARCOS. We are committed to ensuring the security protocols of the industry are enforced.

To ensure you’re using the latest version of ARCOS Mobile Plus, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device.

Contact your administrator at the utility you work for if you are experiencing issues and/or to receive your login credentials.

## ARCOS Mobile Plus Reviews in United States

### *---- "Garbage"
Constantly signed out. Never signs back in. Always an issue
-- Jdhdhdhenwkoshebeisohxbdiei, 2025-08-18

### *---- "It has always been irritating to use"
I don't use the app a whole, but when I actually need it, it's always hard to get working again, whether logging on or getting the latest update so it will work.
-- Nickname Attempt #2,233,131, 2025-08-03

### *---- "Unreliable"
- App randomly logs me out and rejects subsequent log in attempts when I am trying to respond to a call-out.
- Stopped working on my iPad. Cannot log in.
-Glitchy and frustrating.
-- TheGreat48, 2025-06-19

### *---- "Keeps spinning"
App is terrible I have to log out everyday or it’s just keeps spinning can’t read callouts it’s completely useless
-- Jcpl$, 2025-06-08

### *---- "Keeps Crashing"
I wish they’d bring the old app back. I keep getting logged out trying to open the app and have to log back in. Also I liked the set up better in the old app. Hoping with all the bad reviews we will see some changes
-- Old Grumpy Lineman, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Trash"
Constantly crashes. Signs out. Update today has the app spinning. That’s it. Really handy 👎🏼
-- Fade2Black89, 2025-05-30

### *---- "The Worst"
Simply the worst. It’s almost as if there is an award for being the worst, and they are trying their best to get it.
-- caravan208, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Needs constant updating"
The app seems to require updating every other time I open it to try and accept a call out. By the time I update the app (if I have enough service to do that), and sign back into the app, it’s often too late to accept the call out and I miss it.
-- TB1995*, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Can’t even login"
When I try to login it says “You do not have privileges for that action. My login credentials are correct. Started happening after I had to update.
