It barely ever connects, even after talking with support and doing everything they suggested. I would say we have 2% connection and 98% 'trying to connect'. We manually bump the temperature setting up to 106 or 107 so it’s nice and hot, and then sit in it with the jets off and soak in the heat. Spa Boy works great, we only need to change the water once a year. It takes a week or two to settle down either way fresh water and then it’s pretty much self managed. My two suggestions are first, if internet connection is lost the “banner” at the top off the app is TINY and it’s easy to miss, so make it more prominent.
