## Argo Navigation Description
Argo is a boat navigation app you can actually use for free. Not a trial. You get NOAA charts and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers depth surveys for US waters, 500,000+ marinas, anchorages and fuel docks, hazards reported by other boaters, and routes you plot yourself, with ETA and fuel use.

On your first trip, open the map to see how deep it is and read what other boaters say about the anchorage before you drop the hook. A hundred trips in, you're checking how old the Army Corps survey is before you run a shoaling inlet, or laying out a few route options and picking one underway.

Think of Argo as the boating buddy who knows every good dock bar and never asks for gas money.

WHO'S BEHIND ARGO
Argo is family-owned. Our founder, Captain Jeff, grew up boating on the Chesapeake Bay. He built Argo so the local knowledge usually shared between friends at the dock is on the map for everyone.

Many of our features started as boater requests. Send yours to support@argonav.io.

Argo is a navigation aid. Always check official charts and conditions, and use your own judgment on the water.

Plan. Navigate. Connect.

## Argo Navigation Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great app"
It's been a life saver so I don't get lost on Lake Lanier
-- Reenew1, 2024-10-03

### ***** "Love the app"
Thank you for making such a useful and easy-to-use app. Very beautiful interface. Premium subscription is worth every penny and I’m happy to support the developers with my paid subscription. Keep up the great work and I’m looking for even more features made in easy to use format.
-- 1Gorec1, 2024-09-26

### ***** "Absolutely unbelievably incredible app and Customer Service"
I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to take the time to post a review for this app and this company. The quality of the app is unbelievable. It’s like Waze on the water. We’ve learned to use it now to explore areas that we wouldn’t normally even thought about going to or even how to get to. It’s actually amazing. Then we have the Customer Service! There are few apps but more importantly, few companies that have the customer service that this organization has. Jeff amazing if you have an issue you reach out to their customer service email and maximum a day you’ll have your answer just absolutely passionate about what he does and what he does is absolutely amazing.

### ***** "Great app"
Easy to use and follow. Took a boat from Nantucket sound to Boston harbor no problems
-- Trip 101, 2024-08-28

### ***-- "App locks up"
I think this is a great app maybe if you pay for it. The free version doesn't seem to save anything and I have had it lock up, which is frustrating unless I can figure this out to work better I won't be buying.
-- Cheryl123Z, 2024-08-25

### ***** "Captain Stan"
Enjoying your app
-- Mayor of glen cove, 2024-08-14

### ***** "fun"
greay
-- UGADOC, 2024-08-03

### ***** "Fantastic App"
Very helpful! Thanks Captain Jeff!
-- Soitz2023, 2024-07-30

### ***-- "It’s ok"
First new version def loads faster, old one took 30+ seconds to launch this one about 5.
Sadly even though I have my home marina saved, when I plot a course back it showed the green line then it vanished.
It does show water depths and speed now somewhat accurately.

Never did find forecast for Lake Erie around Huron when we were out but could tell 1-2 foot swells from NE which we felt .

Will just purchase a new Garmin to replace the 20 year old one on boat which can’t acquire satellites.

Can’t trust this app as we take the boat further out to places we haven’t been, especially if running toward dark.
