ARI comes with a list of 400+ default car parts; however, you can create your own inventory. There are no limits on how many items you can add to your inventory.

- tires: are you selling tires in your auto repair shop? Use ARI to manage your tire inventory.
- services: keep track of all your labor items by adding descriptions and price per hour.
- canned services: group parts and labor items to create easy-to-use packages when building your jobcards or auto repair invoices

4. Accounting
- expenses: log all your auto repair shop's expenses such as employee salaries, vendor payments, utility bills, and more
- purchases: create purchase orders for your auto parts. Send the order to your parts suppliers and update your inventory automatically when parts are received.

Assign work, track labor times, and approve or deny service items right from your favorite auto repair software.

Nice program to use and easy to navigate

This program has introduced and simplified the invoice creation and completion for me. My shop has always done handwritten invoices and after just a week I am saving time at the desk. I am looking forward to using and learning all the features offered by ARI

Amazing product

This product won’t work for you if you are not professional, computer savvy, or organized. But if you have those three key features to operate an automotive business this app is the best thing going. It’s cheaper then any other app that organizes your work and expenses, it’s super easy to use, tech support is very helpful. This app is helping me start my first automotive business and with out it I would be a mess. Thank you!

The app is at a decent price point and makes my life easier. I’ve tried a few different app and I like this one the most. I wish it gave shop prices because I cannot afford alldata.

Being working with app for over 3 years now and it’s being great since day one, constantly being updated and that super plus, I love it 100%

Good but needs to bugs taken care of

The internal notes on inventory don’t show up when adding parts to an estimate. Customer signatures can’t be edited when sending estimates over sms.

5stars worth every penny

This software is perfect for anybody looking for an automotive shop management software to do everything you will need. From inspections to seeing carfax service history. The client portal was a great add on my customers love being able to log in and see the repairs that I’ve done. The best shop management software I have ever used and it doesn’t cost you a ton of money.
