Savner litt flere valg av design når jeg leser E-bøker. Skulle gjerne valgt en varmere farge på bakgrunnen og en mørk grå farge på skriften så jeg ikke blir så sliten i øynene av å lese lenge.

Nå er jeg skikkelig oppgitt over at det ikke er mulig å ta en pause i lydboken. Har en IPhone 15 pro, men det hjalp lite! Hadde Samsung S9 og trodde det var den gamle telefonen som var problemet, men nei!!! Det er altså slik at det ikke finnes manual som forklarer dette og den på nettsiden til ARK er ubrukelig - kun noen få punkter vedrørende å komme i gang. Er det slik at ARK mener at man skal høre på 16 - 17 timer i ett strekk??? Jeg må faktisk sove om natta… Er drittlei av å starte på nytt hver gang man tar en pause! Aner ikke når og hvor jeg var!!! Hopper alltid tilbake til start! Hele gleden blir jo borte når 17 timer lytting er kun første time!

Måtte logg inn i appen på nytt og alle bøker ligger nå som uleste.
Kan heller ikke leste de siste setningene på hver side, selv om jeg velger den minste skriften. Jo større skrift, jo mer av teksten forsvinner.

Jeg har kjøpt 25 bøker, men kommer ikke inn på noen av dem. Får bare feilmelding når jeg åpner boken. Kan dere fikse appen eller refundere pengene for bøkene jeg har kjøpt? Lenken til app support fungerer heller ikke (siden er ikke i bruk).
