I often have to close the app and reopen as it drops live feed and connectivity to base unit/wifi. I’d like to just open app and instantly see activity.  No point in having ability to speak to “visitors” if there is a substantial delay.

Glitchy app has to be shut and reopened half the time. Notifies twice for a single camera trigger every time on iPhone and they have no fix. No Support from them for arlo pro 2 chargers even though they aren’t that old. Night re riding is hopeless in dark spots even with spotlight camera. Don’t waste your money go a different brand.

Since I downgraded my plan only some of my notifications show a preview, it’s buggy and just not a good experience, Arlo decided to take away an important feature from the basic plan and move in into the next tier up. Unless you pay $20 a month the whole app is just useless as a security camera app even on the “basic” plan which is charged for aka not free. Considering changing out the cameras and moving to another brand. If I could rate less than 1 star I would as that’s how much of a rip off the basic plan is.

The final nail in the coffin for this company? Greed.

Subscription models are ludicrously expensive and the continued price increases show us the only people this companies executives care about are shareholders.
