The company denies claims at a rate of 10 to 1, and will ask for information well beyond the federal requirements in order to deny claims. When submitting a claim, default the end date automatically to the entered start date instead of current date, 2. Allow user to upload multiple photos at one time, and 3. Ask if more time is needed before automatically logging users out, or at least give a 2 minute warning before automatically logging users out.
