I can’t stand this company…I’m switching ASAP!!! Service sucks even though I have the "TOP" internet service. I’m over this company.

You can go through the whole identification process including facial recognition and still not be able to login. Frustrating to say the least, especially all you’re attempting to do is pay your bill. Still In effect. You still can’t put your information in. It also loses your credit card information, it needs to be addressed.

I can’t get into my app anymore because it has my husband’s  cell number at sign in and I can’t change the number to get the code. He changed the number when he downloaded the antivirus. Now it’s locked in. Also why does it sign you out just because you close the app? Useless now! 
I deleted the app and will just get on the net and use a passkey to log in.

This app is completely worthless every single time and update signs you out freezes all the time. I’ve deleted it off my phone because it’s junk just like Armstrong’s customer service and their service alone.

### *---- "BAD internet"
I’ve had Armstrong internet for about 15 years with no real issues. Recently they FORCED me to “upgrade” to the new (more expensive) fiber internet, and it does NOT work! I literally had to disconnect to leave this review. The website just says “modem offline, but no issues detected”. When I called to troubleshoot the guy told me that the new fiber networks don’t show proper statuses on the website or app. When I asked if that was an issue they were working on, he said “no, that’s just how it is.” I’m going to start researching other internet providers because I need connection for work.

The app won’t allow us to log in we don’t get our bills in the mail it’s always a hassle to get our bills paid which then they end up shutting off our service it’s so annoying and can’t seem to get it resolved each month..
