Army Leaders Book Online helps leaders track Soldiers, readiness, counseling, reporting, and daily operations from mobile or web—anytime, anywhere. Built for chain-of-command visibility, Army LBO connects leaders through First Line Leader (FLL) linking. When a Team Leader links to a Squad Leader, the Soldiers assigned to that Team Leader roll up to the Squad Leader. When that Squad Leader links to the Platoon Sergeant, the squad rolls up again. Each level gains visibility without rebuilding another spreadsheet, recreating another leader book, or collecting the same information from scratch. The result: less duplicate data entry, fewer surprise issues, faster access to Soldier information, and more time spent planning, training, and leading. What You Can Do • Track Soldier readiness and administrative data • See direct and indirect reports through chain-of-command syncing • Link FLLs using DoD ID matching • Create self-service intake links so Soldiers can submit their own information • Generate DA 4856 counseling statements in the app • Log counseling sessions and track counseling status • View AFT scores, duty status, schools, leave, AWOLs, and SUTA data • Track weapons qualification • Track NCOER status and important expiration dates, including CAC and GTC • Manage schedules, fireguard rosters, tasks, and reminders • Export reports, PERSTATs, alert rosters, and roster data • Message direct or indirect reports from the app • Access Army LBO on iOS, Android, and the web Why Leaders Choose Army LBO • 60+ tracked data points per Soldier • Automatic data roll-up across the chain of command • Self-enrollment helps Soldiers keep their own profiles current • Better visibility for Team Leaders, Squad Leaders, Platoon Sergeants, and higher • Reduced duplicate admin work, which helps save time and reduce wasted effort • Secure sign-in and access-controlled data • Improved offline viewing for previously loaded data • Web and mobile access built for leaders on the move Army LBO is different from traditional leader books and Excel spreadsheets because it is built around the chain of command. Instead of every leader maintaining separate files, Soldier information can scale upward as the organization is linked. Leaders at the next level can gain visibility without starting over, and Soldiers can help keep their own information current through self-service intake and profile updates. Spend less time chasing spreadsheets. Spend more time planning, training, and leading. BUT it will not recognize that I have subscribed @ $4.99 a month. I have tried to canceling and restarting it, deleting and reinstalling. All to no avail. Might try again once new versions come out after fixing the bugs -- Yo fav bestie, 2026-01-18 ### ***** "Best Army Leaders Book Period" I’ve cycled through every “leader app” on the App Store—Army Leader, JLLIS, Google Sheets on my iPhone. They all freeze at JRTC, or crash the second my screen cracks. Army Leader’s Book is the first phone app that tracks every deadline, score, and flag in one thumb swipe—and it runs 100 %. Launch it and the home screen is muscle memory: • Military Licensing tile auto-flags DLAC/OF-346 expirations at 30/60/90 days. • NCOER calendar pre-loaded by grade—lock-screen widget counts down to THRU date. • Counseling hub with fillable DA 2166-9-1; one tap sets the next quarterly and pings you if it’s late. • APFT/ACFT tracker with live score-to-points math; swipe right for trend graphs, export to PDF. • GTC/CAC matrix—color-codes every traveler and buzzes your Apple Watch when a card dies. • RAG dashboard for MEDPROS, qual decay, ASAP—tap any red flag and the profile opens. • SUTA ledger with DA 4187; auto-tallies weekend debt. • Leave/Sick Call board—one glance shows quarters, profiles, and leave burn rate. This app made the paperwork easy, and leaders have time to actually train their troops for the future battles. -- Tanktaco, 2025-11-06 [View all Army Leaders Book Online reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Army Leaders Book Online In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Army LBO Pro | $2.99 | ## Apps Similar to Army Leaders Book Online - [Habit Tracker - Rabbit](https://apptail.io/app/habit-tracker-rabbit-mnL/united-states) - [Trackunit Go](https://apptail.io/app/trackunit-go-nBS/united-states) - [HabitDay](https://apptail.io/app/habitday-jsmb/united-states) - [Visual Pre Plans](https://apptail.io/app/visual-pre-plans-CWyb/united-states) - [HabitApp daily habit checklist](https://apptail.io/app/habitapp-daily-habit-checklist-xjRb/united-states) - [Army Leader's Book](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-Wmad/united-states) - [Minimalist Password Manager](https://apptail.io/app/minimalist-password-manager-jwld/united-states) - [Milnerva](https://apptail.io/app/milnerva-WpMq/united-states) - [UNZIP Dayspy](https://apptail.io/app/unzip-dayspy-DLNq/united-states) - [Screen Time Control: App Lock](https://apptail.io/app/screen-time-control-app-lock-qKex/united-states) ## Army Leaders Book Online Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/australia) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/brunei) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/china) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/cyprus) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/denmark) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/spain) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/france) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/ghana) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/hong-kong) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/austria) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/italy) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/mexico) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/norway) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/poland) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/qatar) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/tunisia) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/turkey) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/ukraine) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/army-leaders-book-online-ttBx/hungary) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
