Disappointing service
Got a test done for my mother. The reports were supposed to be uploaded within that day, but got uploaded at 12am the day after! Funnily enough, the pdf’s weren’t opening. Also, was supposed to get the hard copies of the reports, which never arrived. An absolute waste of BDT 1300. When I kept contacting them regarding this, I was told 9 times a representative will get in touch with me, but nobody still did even after 4 days!

I ordered my product on 10th august and I trusted their service and already paid the money but today is 13th of August and they haven’t sent my parcel yet and now they are not even receiving calls . No heads up nothing. I would recommend others not to use this app or purchase anything from them . I was a regular customer. Ordered and suggested others to get things from them but not anymore.
