Notification issue

No doubt it’s a great app but has a small glitch. I read all the notifications but still it’s showing 1 notification unread in the app icon from the start. If possible please try to solve it.

Beat app for medicine products

I always order all my household medicine from this app and always gets 8-10% off on products also cash back sometimes. Nobody can beat their prices in this country.👍🏼❤️

Horrible service

They take 3 days to deliver medicine! Medicine is not a luxury item which people can buy in that advance always. Also they doesn’t notify anyone if they can’t deliver, as soon as the order is placed. They are good for nothing just for killing people’s time. I don’t think they will survive long with this kind of poor service!

worst service.

they have nice app. but the service is crap. don’t download this app to waste your time. buy from another option atleast they come with the med way more early then them. patient will die in pain waiting for their medicine.

App is great but customer support is not good

This app is by far best app in comparison with any app like daraz/chaldal or similar medicine delivery app. But the problem is with their dispute management system. On my last order of around 4000 tk, I couldn’t found one 150 tk medicine. After contacted customer care, they told, they sent it but I somehow lost it. Pathetic. They should learn CS from chaldal. I am a satisfied customer from chaldal for last 7 years.

Crash!!!
