No wonder the machine was on sale- the app never works and it’s impossible to set manually. It’s going right back and I want my $$$ back too.

Will not connect to Bluetooth and the app is truly useless. Just the opposite of Amazon reviews that play more like a commercial. Batteries will not stay put either. Excitement was based on expectations. This wasn’t cheap, but Lordie, it is CHEAP!

It won’t set up

Have this application on several diffusers and connects very fast on Bluetooth. It’s very easy to set up and the options for set up are great., it just takes a little time to figure out what’s the best setting for your specific needs , once you figure it out it’s perfect. It all depends on the diffuser you have and the area you want to scent , but It’s a GREAT APPLICATION.

OMG! Please work on your interface. I can’t connect to unit for any reason. You can do better than this!

Stopped syncing on its own and I now I have two dumb scent machines. Junk

Love it! The app works great and it’s been a year using the machine with the app and still giving what is supposes to. Love it! Works great!

I bought the device downloaded this app and I can’t even get an email confirmation let alone connect Bluetooth this app is clunky the device is complicated and there is no direct customer support Do not buy or download this app

Total garbage

This app is horrible. Would not allow me to turn my machine on for 2 days. All of the sudden on the 3rd day, my machine is on? The app has set my scent schedule to 15 seconds on 900 seconds off and WILL NOT allow me to change it.
