Your subscription is automatically renewed 24 hours before the end of the subscription, and the payment will be charged via your iTunes account. You can cancel your subscription any time after purchase by going to your user settings in iTunes. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay $0.

Arono offers a “Premium” version that comes with 14-day free trial. After the free trial you subscribe to one of three different packages: 1 month subscription at $8.99, 3 month subscription at $20.99 or 1 year subscription at $41.99. Arono subscription will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off. The cost of future renewal depends on your subscription package ($8.99, $20.99 or $41.99), and payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the purchase occurs. You can manage and cancel your subscription any time via your iTunes Account Settings.

Appen virker ikke i dag, og der er ingen steder man kan få support, jeg bruger appen dagligt til at planlægge, sammensætte og fører dagbog over mine måltider, men det er altså lidt skod når den ikke virker, så kan jeg ikke forsætte min diæt i dag, håber i fixer det hurtigt, det er lidt irriterende når man betaler for det og man så ikke kan komme ind, og heller ikke kan få support.

Hej, 
Jeg har oprettet en konto, som jeg ikke har brugt før og ville prøve appen før betalingen blev trukket. Før 14 dage er et helt års medlemskab trukket og der er absolut ingen mulighed for at kontakte jer. 
Jeg har prøvet at logge ind, hvilket jeg ikke kan og jeg kan heller ikke modtage en ny adgangskode fra jer. 
Jeg ønsker ikke et helt års abonnement, da jeg som fortalt gerne ville prøve den først og jeg synes bestemt ikke den virker brugervenlig. Jeg vil gerne have mine penge igen, da jeg jo ikke kan bruge appen. Hvor kontakter man jer? Eller skal jeg virkelig ud i at lave en indsigelse i banken.

Efter man har gået gennem hele sign up flowet, og tager stilling til de mange spørgsmål vedrørende sin livsstil og sundhedsmål, bliver man præsenteret for hvilet abonnement løsning man ønsker. Det utrolig dårlig stil, at man ikke informerer om at appen koster penge, før hen mod slutningen af flowet.

Det er så smart, at fange folk i deres fælde med at man ikke kan opsige sit abonnement, når det først er tegnet!

Jeg har forsøgt flere gange at opsige mit abonnement, men uanset hvad jeg gør og hvilken hjælpefunktion jeg bruger, som de selv anbefaler på både hjemmeside og i appstore, så er det umuligt at opsige/afmelde det!!! Det er ren og skær bondefangeri!!

Jeg er meget lille og vejer ikke særlig meget. Derfor er det lidt mærkeligt at man kun kan veje ned til 50 kilo?
+ der står i starten at det er helt gratis, men når man er færdig med at fylde ind står der at man skal betale.
Og når man går ind på appen i appstore, står der at man kan være 4+ for at bruge appen men inde på appen SKAL man være 15+?

FÅ DET DOG FIXET så folk ved et tastetryk SELV kan afmelde sig - og IKKE BLIVER UFRIVILLIGE GIDSLER!!!
