They’ve taken away the ability to see if the bus is delayed or not and they don’t show if a bus is cancelled. The last version was way better and easier to use. Currently the only good thing about this version is the fact we have live updates of the bus.

Can you please make it possible to purchase more than one ticket in a transaction at any one time please?
For example if my days journey required two single tickets (bearing in mind in my region return tickets are not available)
I used to be able to purchase the two tickets for the days travel in the one transaction.
However since the app has been “revamped” that is no longer the case. Now you can only buy one ticket at a time. So you have to do two individual transactions to purchase the tickets. I’m sure anyone will agree that this is an unnecessary inconvenience and I presume it is an oversight rather than a conscious decision to remove the ability to purchase more than one ticket at a time?
If someone could look into this point and reinstate the option? Then that would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Arriva depot regularly turns trackers off when they are running behind.

Significant input lag. Far too many useless items to press on the map making it virtually impossible to navigate without having to constantly close inaccurate information for bus stops you have no interest in.

Map regularly just whips you to somewhere you are nowhere near.

This app has caused me to miss my bus 3 days in a row now. I don’t know if it is just my bus service specifically, but the due times are just completely inaccurate. The app tells me that my next bus is due in 30 minutes, so when I have to go to another bus stop to get a different bus to college, I then see my bus drive past me, even though the app had told me that it was not due for another 30 minutes. It has been doing this for the past week now and it is causing me to constantly miss my bus.

Absolute wind up, old app worked just fine. What makes me angry the most is the way the app won’t tell you what time the bus is actually coming. It will say certain bus is coming in 10 minutes which is late and then press on the specific bus and it will say it’s supposed to be there in 1 minute!? Why not do what you did on the old app and just cross out the time that it usually comes and replace it with the right time. I’m doing all sorts of calculations in my head to figure out when it’s going to come. Journey planner is complex and never gives me the quickest route. Buses never update or even load on the map.
Missed my bus the other day because the app didn’t update the times, went from 15 minutes to due and I watched the bus go past!! Last app was absolutely perfect and it’s been completely ruined by this.
