## Arsenal Remote Description
WHAT IS ARSENAL? Arsenal is the world’s first intelligent camera assistant for DSLR and mirrorless cameras. By combining this mobile app and Arsenal’s ultralight hardware you get complete control over your camera from your smartphone!

NEVER MISS THE PERFECT SHOT: Like your own personal photography assistant, Arsenal lets you focus on the parts of photography you love while it takes care of the rest. In Smart Mode, Arsenal’s machine learning algorithm understands the scene you’re shooting, chooses smart settings, and fine tunes them using 18 different environmental factors.

GET COMPLETE CONTROL: When you want full creative control, Arsenal’s Manual Mode turns your smartphone into the world’s best wireless camera remote. Set your camera’s shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. See a live preview of your shot. And trigger the shutter... all from up to 100 feet away!

TAKE GREAT SHOTS IN TRICKY LIGHT: Capture scenes with High Dynamic Range (HDR) without spending hours in front of your computer. Arsenal automates advanced exposure stacking techniques, taking multiple exposures and merging them into a single RAW or JPG file on your camera.

KEEP EVERYTHING SHARP: With focus stacking, you can get your entire scene in sharp focus. Arsenal calculates the optimal number of exposures, takes them at different focus positions, and merges them into one crystal clear image on your camera.

CAPTURE STUNNING TIMELAPSES: Arsenal makes capturing “holy grail” timelapses a breeze. Simply start your timelapse and let Arsenal adjust the exposure as the light changes for a smooth day-to-night transition. You can even preview your timelapse while it’s being recorded.

WORKS WITH MOST POPULAR CAMERA MODELS: Arsenal fully supports dozens of popular DSLR and mirrorless camera models made by Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Fuji. To see if your camera is supported, visit

## Arsenal Remote Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unable to update firmware"
Kickstarted the arsenal 1. In love right? Well, I feel out of love with photography for a few years. Came back now and can’t even use this arsenal anymore. Trying to update the firmware in the app and the app keeps crashing. It won’t update it. And it’s essentially unusable and useless. What a way to treat your backers! Wild to me to stop supporting your first project.
-- Zeerozee, 2025-10-04

### *---- "App broken, and Arsenal is useless because of it"
I’m on iOS 18.6.2. Haven’t used my Arsenal (V1, I think… model:Madison) in years. When I open the app, it says I must upgrade the firmware. I tap on “upgrade”, and this app simply crashes to my home screen. IPhone 15 Pro Max.
-- URherenow, 2025-09-07

### *---- "HELP!"
Would like to know why the firmware update makes the app crash? Can’t use this anymore! Sad!
-- southernbelle886, 2024-12-01

### *---- "Impossible to connect"
I’ve had this for many years.
It’s unbelievably hard to hook up when you finally get it to connect the Wi-Fi it drops out. Photography is spur the moment spending 40 minutes to try and connect…
-- TARhodes, 2023-05-18

### ***** "Saves time"
I have been using the Arsenal more and more these days experimenting the options I have it is a great tool which save me a lot of time getting it right.
-- PRDIGM, 2023-01-15

### ***** "Tech Support is outstanding"
Email Tech Support has been outstanding responding to any issues that I have with processes and fixes
-- Larr2000, 2021-10-25

### ****- "IOS 15"
Great app but it keeps crashing on iOS 15.
-- BCLWB, 2021-09-29

### ****- "iOS 15"
Arsenal is crashing after I updated to iOS 15 on my iPhone. Please fix.
-- Macoy2, 2021-09-25

### *---- "Garbage"
The device has refused to connect to my iPhone since the day I got it. I basically crowdfunded a paper weight. The online manual continues to be useless, none of the tips have worked. This thing is defective DON’T EVEN BOTHER.
-- dcmease, 2021-07-03

### *---- "Arsenal camera assistant useless."
This thing is ridiculous.

Major flaw will not write final image back to camera card.
