The app loads for me but it takes a lifetime for me to see new messages. I email the staff and I do find that I typically get a quick reply from them. I get a push notification when I have a new message. When I go to click the push notification, the new message never loads. I keep exiting the app and restarting…. But never works. I even go as far as logging out, changing my password and reloading it that way, but never works. I even try the desktop version, but never works. I can’t handle knowing I have a response to my question (sometimes time sensitive question) and I can’t even view it.
