1) Есть проблема со скачиванием видео. Служба поддержки не может решить её 12 дней.
2)Проходила саммари по английскому: лектор подчеркивает важность выполнения домашнего задания, но на платформе выложено задание только для одного из пяти блоков, хотя она говорит о нем в каждом блоке. Это саммари висит уже год. Спустя неделю, ответ от службы поддержки:
«Что касается домашнего задания. В саммари «Английский язык для начинающих: с нуля до А2» больше нет дополнительных материалов. Возможно, в какой-то момент было принято решение ограничиться текущими заданиями».
Эм, что? Принято решение после того, как обещали? Чтобы это решение озвучить понадобилось разбирательства на неделю?
