## Artificer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Update ruined the app"
Update deleted all my saved cards and I’m now running into a persistent glitch where either the UI that lets you add non-text symbols or alter text in card descriptions appears for one frame when you start typing or just doesn’t let you open the menus: used to be awesome, don’t use now.
-- Goldlizardv2, 2025-09-29

### *---- "Beware of this one"
I tried to get the premium account and have yet to see anything that was promised by there statements. When I asked for help or even a refund they don’t even respond. It feels like a scam and should be reported and be made to refund people’s money
-- TXK colosseum, 2025-09-26

### *---- "Support wont respond"
I paid for the premium features because I wanted to different frames but non of the premium features show up. Account says I’m a premium member but I have no access to any of it. Public gallery won’t even load. Contacted support twice and haven’t even gotten 1 email back.
-- Killingfenix, 2025-09-25

### *---- "DON’T USE THIS APP"
Wow! I’ve had this app for a while and only recently updated it. It’s now SO buggy that I can’t use it. AND they have a paid “premium” version of this buggy mess! Don’t waste your time.
-- Annoyed Clippy, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Shot itself in the foot"
I had this app for years and used it for a lot of fun projects and fan creations in the MTG community. The recent update completely wiped out years of custom cards, added a bunch of premium features for an insulting 9.99/month -which it does not distinguish what is and isn’t premium until you try to add it-, tacked on an AI image generatorz Worst of all, it has some janky image recognition to look for “forbidden content” when you save a card. It is completely broken. I took a picture of my lawn, titled a card ‘well kept lawn’ and it said it was forbidden content.
-- Revenchism, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Unfortunate"
As developers, you should be upset with the work you did to this app breaking update. Fix things or this app will fail.
-- Ice fire iceboundjester8, 2025-09-17

### *---- "Non-functional"
When editing the text of cards, the back button disappears and you can not finish editing the card. In addition, it is impossible to make a token with any effects apparently
-- Trev'splosion, 2025-09-07

### *---- "Used to be good"
Used to be a great card designer for iOS, but this most recent update makes it completely unusable. It now forces you to make an unnecessary account, and now all the buttons to add things like mana symbols don’t work properly or at all. And worst of all, it won’t even let me save cards to my own personal collection, it just gives an error. Use a different app until they fix this one.
-- Hg1677, 2025-09-04

### *---- "Used to be amazing, now is garbage"
I used to love this app for making custom magic cards and proxies. They completely reformatted the app so the ux is terrible, there is now wildly expensive premium features. $10/month for this is absurd. Most of the features that used to be free are now locked behind a paywall and everything is just clunky to use, very inefficient and cumbersome. Extremely disappointed as I've been using this app for years.
-- saltedcaramell, 2025-09-03

### *---- "Don’t waste your time"
From the outside this App looks great, but it will delete all of your designed cards regardless if you save them to your gallery or not. It supposedly gives you the option to buy the card once you design it but that’s a lie. There are better card making sites and apps out there
