smartWork consente di gestire facilmente presenze ed attività svolte sia dal titolare dell'azienda che dai suoi collaboratori. Ogni utente inserisce sul suo smartPhone gli orari di ingresso/uscita, ferie, permessi, trasferte e malattie. Può anche inserire le attività giornaliere svolte per cliente/commessa ed i dati circa gli automezzi utilizzati (targa, percorrenza chilometrica, itinerario).
Ogni collaboratore vede solo i propri dati, il coordinatore accede ai dati aggregati di tutti i suoi collaboratori con estrazione dei dati in pdf o excel.
