Yoga teacher Ashrei Mitra guides with a perfect balance of precision and compassion. Practicing yoga under guidance of Ashrei is truly transformative. Thanks to Zorana who encouraged me to join online yoga classes. Highly recommended to everyone- beginners to advance students.

Artistic Yoga app is very clean, easy to navigate and full of info and videos. Have done multiple times for different areas of my body mostly weight loss and fitness. It covers strengthening, body aligning exercises, stretching, meditation and much more. Best thing is that it gives options for high intensity workout and low intensity option for beginners or elders. I Always feel good at the end of the session and feels like I have given treat to my body. Last but not least doing exercises here has improved my body posture and flexibility. Highly recommended for people on the move or who works from home.

I’ve been following Artistic Yoga classes for many years. But while often travelling or too busy with work, it’s great to be able to catch up with classes at home or any hotel room or beautiful outdoor space:) you can choose what area of the body to focus on if you’re a regular and have an hour of time but I also love the 20’ cardiovascular session when short of time or simply a meditation or breathing techniques before sleep.

I use this app on a regular basis and grateful for the easy-to-follow instructions on this amazing app. !

I have been doing AY since 2012 when Bhavin used to teach at Agansna spa .. Though I have not been very regular lately but for me yoga means BTAY .. some how the ease and the results that I get here is no where .. I have recently started doing it once again and am very happy that with the online classes too as I feel the same energy as used to be with the studio classes.. I am looking fwd to soon join the studio once again ..

I engaged with BT Artistic Yoga 4years ago. I am regular user of their app past 3years now. I absolutely enjoy every class throughout the week with Ashray & Sneha. Anytime recommended for all those who want to have a perfect Yoga experience, be it beginner or expert.

Hello I have been a regular practitioner of yoga with BTAY since last 14 years. I find the online classes very convenient and flexible. The mixture of postures keeps changing daily. Every class is very different and innovative. I don’t ever want to miss any class. I thoroughly enjoy from start to finish. My favorite is the flexibility and mobility class which is done twice in the week. Thank you BTAY and regards to Ashrei Sir.
