ArtPose is a fun and artistic app for posing the male figure.  Create fast and dynamic poses in minutes.  Quickly flesh out an ideal pose, then take a screen shot to use in your favorite art apps. 240 preset starter poses make getting started a snap.  ArtPose is about keeping you in the moment of creation.

- Muscle structure model(black and white and color)
- Three hair styles help with visualization.
- Image Based Lighting (IBL) for stunning visuals.
- Five new perspective save slots
- Perspective slider for changing the Field of view from 15º to 115º
- Move lights to get the shadows just right.
- Preset hand and full body poses to help kick start your creative juices.
-"New" Pose browser with 240 preset poses.
-"New" Mirror Pose now doubles the preset poses by letting you mirror any pose.
-"New"Mirror Limb lets you set one arm or legs position and mirror it to the other side.

For a figurative artist, this app is the most useful tool since the invention of the pencil. Took me probably about 10 minutes to get the hang of the controls and l’m already using it to plan a lifesize mural. Plus it’s just fun to play with. Can’t recommend it enough.

This is a fantastic app. On my iMac I tend to get figures from Poser then finish of in photoshop. On my iPad Pro I pose my figures in ArtPose and finish of in Procreate......really brilliant. Only thing that lets it down a bit is I can save and export as a PNG (pls do an update that allows us export PNG files)

It's easy to use and understand.
it's super creative and effective.
You can create fantastic shots that will help any artist with their practice. I use this app as a reference to help me capture the difficult poses for my comics...and it's not failed me yet. 
Totally worth the money.

### ***** "Slow since i0S9 needs an update"
I've tried all the others which either have no starting poses or the UI is to complicated. This app is just right. Perfect for creating reference snaps for use in ipad art apps. There is also a female version. What i would like to see added is a child reference version or proportion setting and an ability to ad a reference background so that i can create poses for settings already planned out.

Good if not really difficult to control, especially trying to twist rotate the direction of the legs and arms. I find myself frustrated a lot yelling, "no not that way!"

This a great app. Simple to use but very flexible . A good reference for anatomy and tricky poses. 

I'd really like to see camera FOV control in a future update. For storyboards and comic art I want the option of the dramatic foreshortening from a wide angle lens.

### ***** "Calling all artists"
This is the one your looking for. I have tried a few and wasted a few pounds doing it and I was a bit dubious about possibly throwing good money after bad but I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I started using it. I have not found any bugs or had any issues with the app. It's really easy to use and the point to point manipulation of the figure is a breeze. You simply tap on a red dot on a joint and it turns green, allowing you to move that part alone, giving you greater control than any other app I have come across. The figure is great too, with realistic muscle tone and even casting 3d shadowing. Cameras work great and once you have your pose you can simply export a snap shot to your camera ipad pictures. Well done developer.
