I’m not sure why changing the location is so difficult, it would be easier if “current location” were an option in the search field rather than a main setting which needs to be changed every time you want to look elsewhere. I keep deleting this app in frustration then adding again hoping it has improved.. then deleting again. I so want to love it.

I can’t even open it. It just crashes.

Amazing but I constantly have to redownload the app cause it won’t load! Like twice a week! WiFi or 4G! Any time of day!

This is a great app to find what’s on in different locations. Could you please update the iPad version so it fills the whole screen on an iPad Pro?

I used to use this app and it worked great more of a 5 star so I know the app is worth that kind of rating but I currently can’t move out of help mode, so unable to use the app at all.

I have no idea why, it works perfectly on my iPad but I can’t get out of the help menu that appears once downloaded, on my iPhone. Tried reinstalling a couple of times but it keeps happing. Excellent and very useful app though, I recommend. UPDATE: Still not working on my iPhone, very frustrating. I keep deleting and reinstalling but it is still stuck on the intro menu which I can’t get out of. I have emailed you and have received automated emails that you would get back to me but you never do. I have written to you 3 times now.

Great app, but why is the app stuck in an iPhone 4 ratio frame after the current update? Sort it out guys!!

But I found it difficult to navigate or find what I wanted. My wife airdropped an event with Mary Beard using this app. I had to sign up to search because it would only offer me the option of Isleworth even though at the time , I was in Ealing . After signing up, I couldn’t find it . I compare this to Art Guide where I can type in what I want and not be constrained by having to pick a location .
