Keeps saying password is wrong, even though that password works for the Artscroll website. The subscription which gives access to the entire ArtScroll digital catalog is worth it if you actually use the materials regularly. I use this on an iPad. The app itself is slow, crashes frequently, and it is VERY easy to accidentally click the wrong thing and spend the next 1-2 minutes trying to get back to where you were. The popout links are very useful for studying intertextuality. If the app weren’t so slow and the UI were improved to avoid misclicks, it would be an easy 5 stars. I use the iPhone app because there’s no PC app option at the moment, which isn’t satisfying or useful to all users. The iPhone app crams everything up to a single screen that’s confusing to use, and just a single tap through scrolling can make you lose your spot where you’re reading from or unnecessarily highlight a whole portion of it. Sometimes you press on a link directed to read from another source and there’s no back option available to return to what you’re originally reading. Terrible app functionality and aside for poor customer service, you need to address this issue where users can access their digital library on PCs without requiring some program that interferes with the full functionality of the PC itself.
