## Artsy Reviews in United States

### ***** "Browsing Queen"
I have loved Gail Siptak for a long time. Missed a couple of favorites but so happy to finally have one!
-- Vgnno, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Not even close to a decent App"
I cannot believe you even put this out there. Half the text is chopped off, searches show tiny thumbnails and overlap….
-- EJR1467, 2024-10-27

### ***** "Love Artsy"
I’ve bought multiple affordable pieces over the years and love it! Super easy to use and glad I can support artists as a result.
-- gch523, 2024-10-09

### *---- "SCAM PLATFORM"
I was registered for an auction on Artsy with a client auction house. Next time I will deal with an auction house directly rather than use Artsy as a platform. This is because Artsy does not verify that an auction will actually take place on their platform. I was using their live auction feature and I thought it was very intuitive, however 7 lots from the time I was interested in, the auction mysteriously ended and I was sent an email from Artsy saying I missed out on the item I was attempting to bid on. The problem is, the item never went live on the app! and also the supposed “sale” price was 100 dollars above my highest bid. Very suspicious if you ask me.

I emailed support and they would just lie to me and refuse to take any sort of action towards this situation. They continuously told me that the sale did go live, and I simply was “outbid at the last second.” This is ridiculous because that auction didn’t have a timer that was a set countdown, the time would fluxate on bid interest.

I think this platform is very shady, and I think they had a technical issue which didn’t sync up to their client site, and they refuse to acknowledge and take accountability for their mistake. It’s crazy I missed out on an item over 100 Euros. Absolutely insane. Don’t use this service if you want to be treated like an adult.
-- Mynameisbob2u, 2024-09-24

### ***** "Where to submit feature requests?"
Great app… is there a uservoice page for us to submit and upvote feature requests? For ex. I’d like to be able to filter my saved paintings by size or color or price. I have hundreds saved, this will make it easier to narrow down purchases based on available wall space. Thanks!
-- yerbabuenaboi, 2024-09-22

### ***-- "Crashing problem"
Useful app, but crashes frequently
-- cvbg57894, 2024-09-08

### **--- "Lacking dark mode"
No dark mode on the app but the website?? 👎👎
-- astroasor, 2024-07-17

### ***** "Best art buying app!"
I’ve been using Artsy for sometime now. I can say that when I first made a purchase the delivery was well coordinated with the auction house. Payment method was quickly accepted and I received my art piece in a well insulated and protected shipment.

I’m definitely going to be using Arty to considerably grow my collection.
-- Dat_guy_b, 2024-04-09

### ***** "Talle"
I am so excited to get my artwork out in the public This will be a fresh start for me.
-- Antoinette Alle, 2024-02-09

### **--- "Good Size, Bad Quality"
If you’re looking for artists who sniff their own farts or glue to get high; you’ve found the application. It takes forever to find something that is just decent in terms of fine art. Everything is overpriced.

You can buy better art off of a comission on Fiverr.

Better off doing something else with your time.

The interface is slick and there is art actually on there. But, if you’re looking for something to actually buy and put in your home: Pass this app.
