## Aryeo Go Reviews in United States

### ***** "Love the service"
Thanks for the app and all you do.
-- Jcthered, 2026-02-09

### *---- "new update is bad"
like most people who use this app, a big part of my business runs through it, previous to this recent update there were several crashes but all of the necessary info i'd need was available. its not anymore, the order sheet customers fill out is no longer there. also itd be super useful if i could add edit appointments from the app.
-- luckytwoknuckler, 2025-07-28

### **--- "Becomes unresponsive"
This app is essential to my daily life, but unfortunately, for myself and a few other team members the app repeatedly becomes unresponsive with the current version. It becomes unresponsive when switching between apps and back. Support hasn’t been able to figure it out and it’s the only app on my phone that suffers from this issue. It’s probably something related to the latest iOS 18 version that the developers haven’t corrected or identified but either way I’m forced to use the web version until this is resolved.
-- WJS_11, 2025-05-02

### *---- "Totally broken"
App freezes nonstop. It’s completely unusable.
-- Theblobbyshow, 2025-04-09

### **--- "Used to love it"
This app has been a vital part of our business and until recently we loved it! However, over the past couple of months, the app constantly freezes in the middle of setting up orders and appointments, making the app virtually unusable.
-- rbrady, 2025-02-26

### *---- "Freezes non-stop iOS 18+"
I keep my OS and apps 100% up to date. This app has been useless for quite a few months. It always freezes.
-- jaxdubguy, 2024-12-18

### ****- "It was a great app!"
Loved the ease of this app and it’s on the go functionality for me as a photographer to send clients their photos if I couldn’t get to my computer quick enough. Lately though, I can’t view any projects present or past. I can’t search for any listings, and no filtering helps. Wish this could get fixed or at least I could figure this out.

### *---- "New update very buggy"
Unfortunately I am reviewing because I’ve had a very poor experience with the new update, July 2023. I really loved the previous version of the app, it was super handy and intuitive. My favorite part was being able to view the final product/media that was delivered to the agents so that I new they were getting what I promised them.

Now with the new update, theoretically you can view it but every time without fail, now over 10 times I have tried, I click the order that I have finished to view the photos and the app just turns completely blank. White screen. I have to clear the app and try again. Unfortunately I have not been able to view any of my orders after I’ve delivered them to the agent since the update. Please fix! Thank you

### ***** "THE BIG STUFF"
It can be a BIG 5 star if they can add client notes to the app so my photographers can see notes on the order page, lockbox info, ect instantly.
Fixing the accuracy of the map integration for driving directions.
-- GoGrowGreen, 2023-02-27

### **--- "Downloads don't work"
The app is convenient for looking at photos although it does glitch sometimes and needs to be closed.

The main reason I downloaded it was to be able to save photos to my phone quickly or social media posts and thst feature does not work.
