I need to cancel a booking. The app keeps taking me to booking only. What can I do! Urgent
Used to be good now not
Terrible at time keeping. Unreliable and now the app won’t let you pre book. You can choose the time but then no way of confirming it. Come on get it sorted!
Keeps crashing
I installed the app, entered my mobile phone number. I received the code then entered the code and the app crashed. I tried a few times and keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled and it still crashes. I’m using an iPhone 11. App is useless if it continuously crashes

Great app features just love it.
Useless Taxi Company
They failed to turn up after a pre booking and after multiple calls they continued to not turn up. They took over a perfectly good taxi firm and ruined the service. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!!

It does not matter how early i book to be prepared they same to be really bad on time keeping the last 3 times I’ve used them they’ve been late and I’ve ended up cancelling them

Never had a problem … always on time … every driver I’ve had is chatty and cheery … I haven’t ridden with other cabs since I first started using you … very pleasant every time I’ve used.
App keep closing when trying to register
I’ve tried a few times to download this app. Add my phone number. Get the validation code and once I enter that the app closes and I can’t open again.
Over charged
When I scheduled my ride on the app it was showing 10-12 pounds for my journey. But when the cab was allocated to me it was showing that I have to pay 15 pounds for that ride. I don’t understand why is that?
