Last one month I have two unit order one 65in LED tv with full prepaid but order was cancelled after one week , but till date not refund any amount 2nd One 1.5 tone NU AC the order is till now not dispatch. Every day trying to contact customer support no body pickup the call or not call back . Lot of email  send but not any reply .

I'm a retailer from Madurai, Tamilnadu.
I advise to all new retailer in arzoo, don't buy anything from them.. totally irresponsible, worst delivery items, damaged piece not recover back, delivered items differ from ordered items. Worst communication ..very low grade company.. looting dealers amount by showing low price on app.. Received damaged refrigerator, different dispenser, 3 months still no replacement and no refund process.. avoid ARZOO .
