I’ve canceled my trial-version long time ago, checked my subscriptions - everything was cancelled. And yesterday I got a notification that somehow your app took my 40 dollars from my account? What’s going on? Is that fair? Or shouldn’t I use AppStore anymore as such organizations like you take money without any notifications even if the subscription is cancelled? Very bad, guys. And I’m very annoyed!!!!!
Hello, Asana Rebel Dev Team. I am super unhappy with the App. As I bought a yearly-paid subscription, but I can’t, actually, watch the videos with classes — I tried it on Mac both in Safari and Chrome, on PC in Chrome, on iPhone in the App — the videos are not loading!! Sometimes it’s simply not playing. Sometimes I can only hear the narrator’s voice viewing a frozen picture. Please help me enjoy my subscription, finally…

I purchased this app two years ago and actually liked it. However, since I wasn’t able to justify the cost, I cancelled my subscription. I am still being charged yearly and NO ONE will get back to me about a refund. It is very frustrating

This is a content app. The content is great. But every time I try to use it I have to reset goals, confess why I stopped using it before, and answer--for some absolutely unknown reason--little quizzes. There is so much dumb STUFF between me and what it's trying to give me that it is almost not worth using. Just let me open it, find a class, and use it!
Asana rebel just charged me for a 3 year subscription without my approval ( I only signed for a 1 year), and no warning about it. It is impossible to cancel because the instructions to cancel DO NOT WORK, I had to go to the payment source and tell them not to release anymore payments. I am trying to get a refund but the company gave an automated pop up after submitting refund and cancellation requests saying no refunds will be issued. After reviewing I see that many people have reported the same thing to the BBB and reported it online on redit and Facebook as well.
I just caution anyone who stops using the product to ensure they cancel appropriately. The auto renew will not be addressed by the company.
I used this app for a couple years and enjoyed it but decided to give another app a try last year. I canceled this service, ensured it was no longer listed as a subscription yet I was charged again. I contacted them the day I was charged and customer service refuses to do anything. Not helpful and impossible to cancel.
I really love this app, however I knocked it a star because although the workouts are great, they haven’t uploaded any new ones since I started my membership and when they do the “new” collections it’s just collections of the old workouts paired together in different ways. If they don’t start putting out new workouts before my subscription renews I will probably cancel it :-(
