Asana Rebel: Get in Shape

I was excited the first week when the app was guiding me through most moves but after that onboarding is done there is no more guidance. The home tab recommends random workouts, even though I have a challenge in progress. I have to go and find the next workout in the challenge on my own. Why aren’t you surfacing it to the home? Also, the challenges seem to be quite random collections of workouts that don’t have much to do with their titles. Curious to see my six pack after i’ve been stretching my legs for 2 weeks. Put more effort in the product rather than marketing. Looking forward to see it improving!

The videos are not working on my IPad anymore. I even tried to delete the app and reinstall, but still no luck. Still works on the phone but with the lack of casting possibly it’s really inconvenient.

Hi Asana team, I had paid last year for a one year subscription and short after the purchased I realised I want to cancel it. So I followed the steps you mentioned to cancel the renew and I thought all was good. But this year, you still charged my account although my subscription was canceled in my Apple / iTunes account and in your app. So sad that you just steal my and other people money and you do not respond to any email regarding this subject.

Unable to start after purchasing, what cand i do?

I signed up, paid for a monthly subscription, tried to login via app login failed, tried to login via web, login failed…managed to sign up again…with the same credentials, no subscription active…turns out there was a type-o in my initial email credentials. The customer support was great and the issue was resolved in less than 24h. Looking forward to using the app!

I made my unsubscribe just as the they indicate on the app, and they still take my money from my card ! For 2 months I still pay for the app even if I made all the steps to cancel my subscription and the payment doesn’t appear in my history of payments, I just get massages from the bank because I got charged for this app. It’s a fraud !!!! Don’t buy the app !!!

I am a sedentary person, working a desk job for sometimes aprox 11h/day. I also read all the comments and all I can say it that it has some weak points (dietary plans lacking although there were some interesting recipes that I tried), bit also it did succeded in motivating me in doing 20 min of exercises 4times/week. About the complexity of workouts and lack of describing of the position, people are right. I used to do a bit of amateur yoga during college andir helped a bit. I also watched the videos beforehand and it helped me understand them. There is also a cool feature that regards the speed of the videos so they don’t seem too hasty.

It’s amazing how you lure people into downloading the app, and the second day I try to do my workout, you don’t show me the video unless I subscribe. At least it should’ve told me from the beginning, not let me believe I’ve finally found an app that I can use to workout only to ask me for money the next day. Embarrassing Asana Rebel.

I made the yearly payment when installed the app and now I can’t access any of the trainings because it seems I need to pay again the fee for a full year. Even if I wrote to support, no one is answering for weeks

Context: The video is air played to sony braviaTV. From asana rebel application i cannot control the video at all. Neither pause nor stop buttons take effect neither on phone nor on the TV. Sometimes the video doesn’t even start when airplayed to TV. The exercises and speed are nice. If it could just make it work fine on tv it would be 5 stars.
