Spontaneously deletes whole columns (sections) of activity. It’s a mess -- E_Pletch, 2025-01-04 ### *---- "Terrible and unusable" Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app on mobile devices and tablets. Instead, just use the browser/web version because this product is terrible. You aren’t able to create your own views, the interface for moving between projects is bad and (last I checked) the “My Tasks” view won’t even load so somehow the team introduced a bug that kills the core piece of a productivity/todo app without realizing it. -- A developer who cares, 2024-12-28 ### **--- "Ten stars for narwhals, -7 for a fatal flaw, -1 more because it’s still there." PLEEEEASE. MAKE THE WIDGET MORE USEFUL! See below Your widget is highly limited in that it will only show items assigned to today, not past-due items. So, when my schedule starts to slip, the only way to maintain that onscreen encouragement is to massage my schedule to make sure everything is set as due today. When I’m busy, I don’t have time for that, which makes your widgets unhelpful. Please fix so I can go back to loving you. -- snow-raven, 2024-12-26 ### **--- "iPhone app doesn’t work." I use this program for YEARS on an iPhone. It used to work fine. Now it doesn’t even show all of the items in my lists, ever, at all. It’s unworkable. -- Merglergler, 2024-12-23 ### **--- "Missing basic functionality" e.g. “my tasks” view has no way to add a task (unlike the web app) -- benkuhn, 2024-12-22 ### ***** "Top Task Management Tool" As far as task management tools go this is a 5 star resource. Use it daily to track every task and project. Works well with over 200 team members. Keeps us organized. -- Phoenix of Yore, 2024-12-14 ### ***-- "Amazing App, no way to purchase" This app is amazing and actually deserves five stars… I’d give it seven stars at the App Store would let me. I just finished my free trial and tried to sign up. I followed all instructions that including the app generating an email that launched the app which kept having a system error every time I would try to continue. I the went to the website and tried to sign up and discovered there’s no way to do it. Using their chat bots for support to try to find a way to sign up lead to the chat bot crashing with several errors repeatedly. There is no way to sign up for a full plan, even sadder everything that I had input into the application is now unavailable because the trial is over. There’s no number for customer support and no way to actually complete the transaction. A very sad and frustrating end to an absolutely amazing experience. Please fix this ASAP so nobody else has to go through this. -- AlyKendall, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Needs Desktop Experience" I really respect Asana for making an iPad version, but honestly it is severely inadequate for what needs to be done. Asana iPad app needs to be a replica of the desktop/web version of it. If not, at least make a web app that can be downloaded onto iPad home screen. -- Samuel C. Love, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Not a single AI feature to be found in mobile app" It’s almost 2025 -- Darthaberg, 2024-11-19 ### ***-- "Wishing" Update: PLEASE fix search & tags! —- I use it. It’s buggy though. The website is sooo much better, but not very usable on my phone. Current frustrations: search is now very weak. I can’t use words that are found in the comments or some other fields. Comparing that to Evernote and …well it’s 0 to 100. And where are tags? The app isn’t allowing me to add new ones to a task and I can no longer have tags visible as a sorting column in a project. Big fail. -- LocalMe3, 2024-11-16 [View all Asana reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Asana Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Czechia | Business | #65 | | Top Free | Lebanon | Business | #120 | | Top Free | Switzerland | Business | #125 | | Top Free | Hungary | Business | #129 | | Top Free | Dominican Republic | Business | #131 | | Top Free | Germany | Business | #132 | | Top Free | Ukraine | Business | #137 | | Top Free | Denmark | Business | #139 | | Top Free | Argentina | Business | #151 | | Top Free | Australia | Business | #151 | | Top Free | Poland | Business | #155 | | Top Free | Chile | Business | #157 | | Top Free | Philippines | Business | #158 | | Top Free | Austria | Business | #163 | | Top Free | Mexico | Business | #165 | | Top Free | Netherlands | Business | #168 | | Top Free | New Zealand | Business | #170 | | Top Free | Italy | Business | #172 | | Top Free | Nigeria | Business | #175 | | Top Free | Canada | Business | #181 | | Top Free | Spain | Business | #187 | | Top Free | Pakistan | Business | #187 | | Top Free | United States | Business | #188 | | Top Free | South Africa | Business | #205 | | Top Free | Colombia | Business | #218 | | Top Free | Sweden | Business | #218 | | Top Free | Hong Kong SAR China | Business | #221 | | Top Free | Japan | Business | #222 | | Top Free | Romania | Business | #228 | | Top Free | Portugal | Business | #230 | | Top Free | France | Business | #231 | | Top Free | Ecuador | Business | #233 | | Top Free | United Kingdom | Business | #236 | | Top Free | Peru | Business | #238 | | Top Free | Greece | Business | #238 | | Top Free | Singapore | Business | #240 | | Top Free | Brazil | Business | #245 | | Top Free | Israel | Business | #247 | ## Asana Discovered Keywords -
