It keep saying “I’m located outside state where cannabis is legal”. -- tbone36672, 2026-08-03 ### ***** "Customer C.Jones" They are the best all the flavors we want -- Themfboskie313, 2026-07-07 ### *---- "Not letting" Me place order where is the cart -- Pauliemederos1, 2026-07-02 ### ***** "Love the App" Love that there is an app, so far so good! I no longer get have to open safari just to go get to where I need to go. -- lasavagé, 2026-07-01 ### ***** "Mostly perfect" I am very particular to a couple of flavors and it’s a bit of a bummer that if I don’t order it as soon as you open up, it gets sold out and there are only three or four choices for some of the 3.5 g offer. But when I get what I need, it’s awesome and the delivery people are wicked friendly. And I have to say everybody who works in the building seems genuinely happy also. That speaks volumes about the company.💚 -- wife of noah, 2026-06-29 ### ****- "Order history" Overall, I like the app and use it often. Today’s order was the 1st transaction that showed up in the history tab (shows the items purchased) rather than only under the activity tab (shows only the transaction amount). Normally, my transactions don’t show in the history tab, so I can’t see which products I bought, which makes future purchases easier. I’m glad to see the app has been updated to show it after I’ve complained about it for over a year. -- Breezi95, 2026-06-28 ### ***** "Ascend" Tbh, idk what else to tell you. It’s just like the website but in the form of an app. You can keep track of all your rewards and place orders, etc. I love this dispo -- Dan3640, 2026-06-22 ### *---- "Stole 40.00 from me" Took my money and refused to refund with slip -- set4lifenb, 2026-06-20 ### *---- "Got kicked out of my account points gone" Got kicked out of my account points gone when I signed back in there scammers -- tiduchsbbajxx, 2026-05-28 ### ***** "Customer service" I am very impressed with the level of Customer Service that I receive at ascend dispensary in downtown Cincinnati area code 45202. The staff is professional, attentive, educated but still fun. -- El Dawg Bino, 2026-05-23 ### ***** "Love Ascend" I love the people that work there. They are very friendly and they help with your questions. -- Yeagerholly, 2026-05-16 ### *---- "Issue Logging in" I got logged out and it won’t let me log back in, even after resetting my password. Stop in now!!! No disappointments! -- BurdensFanJen, 2026-03-28 ### *---- "Trash." This app is absolute trash. Find something I want, try to check out and it’s out of stock. Do it again, out of stock again, do it again third time, it says there’s a problem. This should never be this complicated it’s literally stressing me out. -- Kacieann333, 2026-03-18 ### ***** "Share Age Range?" Did anyone else get logged out and have to share their age range from their phone’s settings? -- Arthur.Pollard, 2026-03-15 [View all Ascend Dispensary reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
