## AscendEX Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unable to withdraw assets"
They have rejected my withdrawals that are within their stated limits for unverified users. Thieves.
-- Hfjehevdbjf, 2025-09-01

### *---- "They are focused on seizing users' assets"
Due to a poor market situation, I hadn't logged into my account for a while, and they ended up locking it. They told me that I needed to provide a series of complicated documents for verification. The account was registered many years ago using a friend's information, but my friend has since passed away, so I'm unable to provide the required documents. As a result, they essentially took away the tens of thousands of dollars in the account. They won't listen to my explanation, and I am extremely angry!
-- Jasonfree007, 2024-09-04

### *---- "scam exchange"
Rollback frequently, frozen your account for no reason
-- easymoneysnnniper, 2022-08-20

### ***-- "Leverage"
I think it’s pretty dumb that you can 100X Bitcoin but can’t 21X cardano. Cardano was the only crypto I traded and I always used 40X. Now I can’t so I won’t be using this app anymore until they stop trying to manage our risk for us.
-- jdjwnnc, 2022-08-02

### ***** "Been here since the start"
Very good exchange I’m glad they let all the early u.s user stay
-- chuckie41, 2022-06-05

### *---- "Thieves"
Stay away…they stole around $4000 US and crypto from me. Sent several emails…nothing.
It’s been months now.
-- builderjeff, 2022-05-28

### *---- "Can’t deposit money !!!"
I’m here to give one star because three days now I can’t make a deposit in the app. There are a lot of money on the line to not be able to do deposits.
-- pavlos34, 2021-12-14

### ***** "Best App + Best Support!!!!!"
This app is so smooth, quick and very efficient. So far, for 5 mo, I’ve never had a single issue with it.
The AscendEX support is excellent. It took me 9 days to get an answer from my other wallet on my undelivered withdrawal. Then AscendEX helped get it through in minutes. You are amazing!
THANK YOU!!
-- lieulk, 2021-06-02

### *---- "Set up to take your money"
They locked me out my account so now my money is gone. I tried to reset my password and their support page is no longer there. They don’t have a contact or support service, plus they JUST recently rebranded their company. Makes one think why. World, Watch out for Chinese-made or Chinese-influenced products, goods/ services, people, etc. they’ve lost their way.
-- richest in spirit, 2021-05-31

### *---- "Fake reviews"
Fakes reviews for this app and the similarities in the reviews aren’t hard to find. The person or persons writing these clearly cannot use a coma correctly and the indention on most of them gives it away. What is this Amazon??? APPLE, VET YOUR REVIEWS!
