Horrible ASDA delivery experience - placed an online order without substitutions, but when I received the order, half of my order was substituted with wrong items (entirely different flavours of drinks that I didn't want)! "Handed it straight back for an immediate refund" to the Asda's delivery person as per Asda's policy on their website. The following morning, I got an email requesting photographic evidence of the incorrect items?? I phoned Asda to remind them of their own policy of just handing items back to the driver, and that I didn't have any evidence as I already did as instructed by returning the items to the driver - nowhere does it say to take photographic evidence! Asda did not want to refund me if I did not have photographic evidence. I was then later informed the driver issued refund for one of the items, but not the other 9 items. The driver purposefully did not report all the items I handed him back for a refund, took them for themselves, while reporting that I still had the items and needed to provide evidence of them. That delivery person should not get away with stealing those items and lying about this whole thing, I urge ASDA to look into this concerning problem. Clearly there are multiple people not doing their job correctly, and thievery occurring. It is sad that I had to contact Asda customer service to challenge them on this incorrect information so that I can get a refund! Truly horrible experience! Asda does NOT know its own policy, refusing to refund based on lies and terrible customer service.

I love the range and competitive prices. ASda gave me a credit card that adds to my convenience to check out quickly. The delivery is accurate and easy. I love that!
It’s a shame that I’m going to need to do my shopping at another supermarket as many items are unavailable. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.
There are many times where I’ve tried to order early slots and been told to remove alcohol from my basket when it isn’t in it. It is frustrating as I have a mobility disability and can’t go to Asda when I need things, so the uber delivery is usually my go to. When this happens, I have to wait hours before I can eat.
Great value and quality
Had 2 orders cancelled, didn’t see any asda truck outside when these orders were cancelled nor heard any knock on the door.
I had booked a order for 12 pm got a notification at 11am saying driver is outside it’s happened a few times
You run out of the most basic of items. Is there anything on you shelves?
