The app is very slow while using 4G only to access it but this is using service provider data and the coverage is poor where I live. Viewing statements locks the app and no way to get out of it. Do I tried replacing the SIM card as I thought it was corrupt but that confused the app. So went back to customer service who said they would sort it but they haven’t The previous bundle we added to the sim is still showing despite it having run out days ago and cannot activate new top up but my purchase shows in the app in history Currently I cannot monitor my usage!!! Transferring my number was quite a hassle too, a messy process lacking in clarity and feedback. Roaming in Denmark was not good at all. If the mobile signal dropped the only way to get 4G back (instead of “e”) was to restart my phone, which I had to do numerous times over 3 weeks. This was not the case with my previous provider, EE, which worked fine. The only reason I went with Asda is because EE started charging £10 a week for roaming. Registered but can’t login to the mobile App. All I see is that little cloudfare icon going round in circles telling me it’s taking longer than expected. Nothing I do will stop it. Since changing to ASDA mobile, I’m getting scam phone calls, in Chinese, all of whom leave voicemail messages. I have no choice but to listen to them because my phone has now stopped listing the numbers who leave voicemails. Only since I moved to ASDA has this started. Apple tell me it’s the carrier and nothing to do with the phone itself. Tried phoning ASDA help number. Waited until I got to number 1 in the queue then got cut off.
