Asda Rewards

The Asda Rewards app is great, but it would be even better with one key feature: the ability to add vouchers to Apple Wallet. At the moment, we can only add the Asda Rewards card to Apple Wallet, but there’s no option to add vouchers created or converted from the cashpot. Adding this functionality would make it much easier to access and use vouchers directly from an iPhone or Apple Watch at checkout. Please consider implementing this feature to improve the overall user experience. Thank you!

Hi I know I had a reward to use but when in Asda I couldn’t find it, it’s right at the bottom of the reward page. It would be great if it was at the top of the page or a direct click after scanning the app. I did find it after when I got home as It was busy in store I didn’t want to spend 20mins trying to find it.

I don’t shop in Asda very often but when I do and try to use the app it never works and always have trouble creating vouchers. Even the staff in both my local Asda stores agree.

Tried to order 3 times since the new update. Has cancelled my order each time, taken my reward vouchers and somehow wiped my order numbers from the entire system- customer services don’t even know what’s happened.

Got a new phone, I log in, an error occurs. I reset password even though I know it’s right and that’s not the issue, I try again, error again. Then after finally getting through it asks for my number. I put it in. And apparently my phone number is in use. Well no DUH, because I’m trying to get into my EXISTING account

I have made purchases online and I store of over £5 but no scan to win available

Scanned 3 times that I’ve spent over £5 and still have had no festive spins. App is up to date.

Works when it wants have scanned at least 4 times during December and spent the required £5 but no notification of the scan and win so I have lost out - when I ask the staff they say it takes 24 hours to update but it never does - can’t see the point of a scan and win if it doesn’t work

I have £25 of vouchers in my Christmas cash pot that I cannot use and will expire in 2 weeks due to this useless app not letting me log in. I enter my user name and password and it just says it is incorrect, it isn’t. I’ve tried changing my password and uninstalling the app with no luck. Really annoyed I will lose my vouchers though no fault of my own, and I won’t be the only one! Grocery app is also diabolical, no idea why they changed it!

This app used to help a lot and worked perfectly. Now, for the past 2 months it’s been bugging. When I order online, I don’t get my star rewards. When I scan over £5 in store, I don’t get the chance to win any money. I don’t know how to fix the glitch
